இலங்கையிலிருந்து புலம்பெயர்ந்து உலகம் முழுவதும் வாழும் ஒரு கோடிக்கு மேற்பட்ட தமிழர்களின் புலம்பெயர் அமைப்புகளாகிய நாம் ஒருங்கிணைந்து ஐக்கிய இராச்சியத்திற்கு வந்துள்ள இனப் படுகொலையாளியான இலங்கையின் அதிபர் கோத்தபாய ராஜபக்சவிற்கு அதிகார வரம்பு நீதியினை (Jurisdictional Justice Provisions) பிரயோகித்து, இனப் படுகொலையால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட தமிழர்களுக்கு நிலைமாறுகால நீதியின் ஒரு படி முன்னேற்றத்தை மேற்கொள்ளுமாறு ஐக்கிய இராச்சியத்திடம் வேண்டுகோள் விடுக்கின்றோம். நவம்பர் 01 திகதி கிளாஸ்க்கோவில் (Glasgow) நடைபெறும் ஆர்ப்பாட்டங்கள் உட்பட உலகளாவிய அளவில் வெவ்வேறு இடங்களில் நடைபெறும் ஆர்பாட்டங்களுக்கும் எமது ஆதரவை வழங்குகிறோம்.
