கடந்த பத்தாண்டுகளுக்கும் மேலாக இறுதிக் கட்டப் போரில்காணாமல் ஆக்கப்பட்ட தமிழ் மக்களையும், சரணடைந்த போராளிகளையும் விடுதலை செய்யக் கோரி அவர்களது குடும்பத்தாரும், உறவினர்களும், மனித உரிமைஆர்வலர்களும் போராடி வருகிற சூழலில் இலங்கை அதிபரின்அறிவிப்பு உறவினர் மற்றும் நீதிக்காகப் போராடுவோர் உள்ளங்களில் இடியென இறங்கியிருக்கிறது. இறுதிக் கட்டப்போரில் காணாமல் போனவர்களின் நிலை குறித்தறிய ஐ.நா.பெருமன்றம்வரை சென்று தமிழ்ச்சமூகம் போராடி வருகிறநிலையில், இதுகுறித்து வாய் திறக்காது கள்ளமௌனம்சாதித்து வந்த இலங்கை இனவாத அரசு, தற்போது அவர்கள்இறந்துவிட்டதாக அறிவித்திருப்பதன் மூலம் ஈழத்தில் தாங்கள் நடத்திய இனப்படுகொலையை மீண்டுமொருமுறைஒப்புக்
2009ஆம் ஆண்டு முள்ளிவாய்க்கால் போர்முடிவடைந்த பின்னர் சிறிலங்கா அரசபடையினரிடம் சரணடைந்த மற்றும் கைதுசெய்யப்பட்ட 18 ஆயிரத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்டவர்களின்விவரங்களை வெளியிட வேண்டும் என்று சர்வதேசஅரங்கத்தில் பிரித்தானிய தமிழர் பேரவைதொடர்ச்சியாக பல நடவடிக்கைகளைமேற்கொண்டு வந்தது. அதையொட்டி காணாமல்போனவர்களின் உறவுகள் அவர்களைத் தேடித்தருமாறும் அவர்கள் சம்பந்தமான விபரங்களைவெளியிடுமாறும் தொடர்ச்சியாக வற்புறுத்திவந்தனர். இதனை ஆராய்வதற்காக 2015 ஐநா மனிதஉரிமைக் கழகத்தின் தீர்மானம் 31/1இல் அதற்கானஒரு சரத்து இணைக்கப்பட்டு இருந்தது. ஒருமனிதாபிமான பிரச்சனை ஆகிய காணாமல்ஆக்கப்பட்டோரின் தொடர்பான விடயங்கள்சர்வதேச அரங்கில் முக்கியமான பேசுபொருளாகஉருவெடுத்தது. ஆனால் சிறிலங்கா ஜனாதிபதிகாணாமலாக்கப்பட்ட அனைவரும் கொல்லப்பட்டுவிட்டார்கள் என அறிவித்ததாக 20 ஜனவரி 2020 சர்வதேச ஊடகங்கள் செய்தி வெளியிட்டுள்ளன. இறுதிக்கட்டப் போரில் சிறிலங்காவின் பாதுகாப்புச்செயலாளராக இருந்து தமிழினப் படுகொலைக்குசூத்திரதாரியாக வழிநடத்திய கோத்தபாய ராஜபக்ஷஅளித்த ஒப்புதல் வாக்குமூலம் ஆகவே இதனைபார்க்கவேண்டும். பல்லாயிரக்கணக்கான கொடூரமானபடுகொலைகளை அரங்கேற்றி விட்டு அவர்கள்அனைவரும் கொள்ளப்பட்டு விட்டார்கள் எனநேரடியாக ஒப்புக் கொண்ட கோத்தபாயா, காணாமல் ஆக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு என்ன நடந்தது, அவர்கள் எவ்வாறு யாரால் எதற்காககொல்லப்பட்டார்கள் என்ற விடயங்களைத் தட்டிக்கழித்து அந்த விடயத்தை மூடிமறைத்து முடிவுக்குகொண்டு வர முயல்கின்றார். கைக் குழந்தைகள், சிறுவர்கள், பெண்கள் உட்படவிலைமதிப்பற்ற பல்லாயிரக்கணக்கானஉயிர்களிற்கும் அவர்களின் உறவுகள் சிந்தும்கண்ணீருக்கும் நீதி கிடைக்க வேண்டும். ஜெனீவாஉடன்படிக்கை (Geneva convention) மற்றும்சர்வதேச சட்டங்கள் என்பனவற்றை உதாசீனம்செய்த சிறிலங்கா அரசின் செயலைக்கண்டிப்பதோடு காணாமல் ஆக்கப்பட்டோர் விடயம்உட்பட தமிழ் மக்களுக்கு எதிராக நிகழ்த்தப்படும்அனைத்து மனித உரிமை மீறல்கள் மற்றும்இனப்படுகொலையை உலக நாடுகள் தலையிட்டுவிசாரிக்க சர்வதேச சுயாதீன விசாரணைஉடனடியாக உருவாக்க வேண்டும் என்றகோரிக்கையை முன்வைத்து எதிர்வரும் 29 ஜனவரி2020 புதன்கிழமை அன்று 4 மணியிலிருந்து 7 மணிவரை மத்திய லண்டனில் ஆர்ப்பாட்டமொன்றுபிரித்தானிய தமிழர் பேரவை புலம்பெயர்அமைப்புகளின் பங்களிப்போடு ஒழுங்குசெய்யப்பட்டு வருகின்றது. இது குறித்த மேலதிகவிபரங்கள் பின்னர் அறியத்தரப்படும். சர்வதேச அரங்கத்தில் முக்கியமான தருணத்தில்இவ் விடயத்தை முன் வைத்து முன்னெடுக்கப்படும்ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில் பிரித்தானியா வாழ் மக்கள் கலந்துகொள்ளுமாறு வேண்டிக் கொள்கின்றோம். இறுதி யுத்தத்தில் ஸ்ரீலங்கா அரச படையினரிடம் கையளிக்கப்பட்ட எம் உறவுகள் எங்கே! 23 01 2020 Please follow and like us:
