சிறிலங்கா அரசினாலும், ஒட்டுக்குழுக்களினாலும் மற்றும் ஏனைய துணைஆயுதக்குழுக்களினாலும் திட்டமிட்டு காணாமல் ஆக்கப்படடோர் தொடர்பில் மீண்டும் ஒரு காணாமல் ஆக்கப்பட்டோருக்கான சர்வதேச நினைவு தினத்தில் மிக துயரமான நினைவுகளை சுமந்து நிற்கின்றோம். காணமல் ஆக்கப்படடோரின் உறவுகள் தமது காணாமல் போன உறவுகள் தொடர்பில் இதுவரை எதுவித தகவல்களும் இன்றி தவிக்கும் துயர நிலைமையினை நாம் பகிர்ந்து கொள்கின்றோம். காணாமல் ஆக்கப்பட்ட பல்லாயிரம் தமிழர்கள் தொடர்பில் என்ன நடைபெற்றது என்னும் உண்மையை கண்டறியும் முகமாக நீதியையும் சமாதானத்தையும் விரும்பும் அனைவரும் எம்முடன் இணைத்து பணியாற்ற முன்வருமாறு அழைப்பு
